If you are a provider in Oregon or Washington state, you may refer your patients over age 18 to us for gender affirming care. We serve patients across Oregon and Washington for estrogen therapy (with or without other related medications such as spironolactone, finasteride, and/or progesterone) both in person and via telehealth. 

Patients on testosterone therapy may need to be able to see us for one in person visit in Longview or Vancouver, WA depending on the final rules for prescribing controlled substances after the end of the public health emergency on May 11th, 2023.
