Treat all staff, providers, patients, and other visitors with kindness and courtesy.
Use respectful language at all times. Abusive, discriminatory, or threatening behavior or speech will not be tolerated.
Follow staff directions promptly and respectfully.
Do not ask about, photograph, record, or discuss other patients’ appointments, names, or treatments.
Maintain cleanliness in waiting areas, restrooms, and common spaces.
Refrain from bringing weapons, drugs, or alcohol into the building.
If you are ill with a contagious condition, please remain outside the clinic until the patient’s visit is over
Please remain in designated areas unless escorted by a staff member.
Keep voices low and minimize disruptions to other patients and staff.
Cell phone use should be discreet; please silence devices during patient visits.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Disrupting a visit may result in being asked to leave the exam room or the building
Do not interfere with medical discussions between providers and patients.
Lavender Spectrum Health maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:
Violence or threats of violence
Harassment or intimidation
Hate speech or discriminatory comments
Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior
Any individual who violates these expectations may be asked to leave immediately, and in serious cases, may be restricted from future visits.
