Lavender Spectrum Health is seeking a compassionate, collaborative Nurse Practitioner to join our growing private practice serving LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and medically underserved communities in Vancouver, WA.

About Our Practice
Founded in 2023, Lavender Spectrum Health specializes in:
• Primary care
• Gender-affirming hormone therapy
• Sexual & reproductive healthcare
• Neurodivergent-affirming care
• Complex chronic illness care
Our clinicians are supported by billing, credentialing, scheduling, and nursing staff so providers can focus on delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care.
Schedule & Volume
• Full-time On Site: 5x8s or 4x10s
• 60-minute new patient visits
• 30-minute follow-ups
• Max template: 14 patients/day (8-hour schedule) or 18/day (10-hour schedule)
Compensation
• $65–$80/hour Dependent on Experience
• Additional leadership opportunity supervising electrolysis services through our affiliated electrolysis practice (potential additional income: $50k–$70k/year)

Who We’re Looking For
• Licensed NP or PA in WA and OR
• Minimum 2 years NP/PA experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities
• Comfortable practicing in a collaborative, mission-driven environment
