Days: Monday - Friday, or Split Schedule with Saturday Availability
Compensation: $25 per hour

Founded in 2023, Lavender Spectrum Health is a forward-thinking, inclusive private practice specializing in LGBTQ+ health, sexual and reproductive health, and neurodivergence. As a dynamic startup, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive, culturally sensitive care to our community. Our goal is to expand into multiple locations offering integrated primary care, mental health services, and electrolysis.
We serve a diverse array of payers including commercial insurance (Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Lifewise, Molina, United Healthcare, Moda, Regence, Premera, First Choice Health, Kaiser PPO, PacificSource), medicare, and medicaid (Molina, Community Health Plan of Washington, United, Coordinated Care, and Amerigroup)
The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled administrative assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working in a startup environment and adaptable to a changing landscape. The ideal candidate will also have didactic and/or experiential training in interacting with LGBTQ+ individuals and individuals who are neurodivergent, especially Autistic individuals and individuals with ADHD. The assistant will be able to provide a safe and inclusive therapeutic space for transgender and non-binary individuals.
Key Responsibilities
Answer patient phone calls, text messages, and emails
Return calls and voicemails from patients, pharmacies, and other providers
Check-in patients for appointments, accept payments, and enforce late arrival policy
Respond to patient messages within EHR System
Manage patient scheduling and appointment requests
Maintain working knowledge of all policies and procedures
Other Responsibilities
Communicate with providers
Fax referrals and orders
Communicate with pharmacies, specialists to clarify provider orders
Prepare charts for providers
Insurance eligibility checks
Sort incoming faxes
Complete new patient registrations in the electronic health record
Keep office space clean and organized
In-office tasks as needed
Qualifications
Experience with administrative work and preference for individuals with healthcare administrative experience
Experience in or willingness to learn about issues affecting the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Lavender Spectrum Health is seeking a compassionate, collaborative Nurse Practitioner to join our growing private practice serving LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and medically underserved communities in Vancouver, WA.

About Our Practice
Founded in 2023, Lavender Spectrum Health specializes in:
• Primary care
• Gender-affirming hormone therapy
• Sexual & reproductive healthcare
• Neurodivergent-affirming care
• Complex chronic illness care
Our clinicians are supported by billing, credentialing, scheduling, and nursing staff so providers can focus on delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care.
Schedule & Volume
• Full-time On Site: 5x8s or 4x10s
• 60-minute new patient visits
• 30-minute follow-ups
• Max template: 14 patients/day (8-hour schedule) or 18/day (10-hour schedule)
Compensation
• $65–$80/hour Dependent on Experience
• Additional leadership opportunity supervising electrolysis services through our affiliated electrolysis practice (potential additional income: $50k–$70k/year)

Who We’re Looking For
• Licensed NP or PA in WA and OR
• Minimum 2 years NP/PA experience preferred
