Their background is built on a strong foundation of customer service across all walks of life, from energetic children to respected seniors. A true community organizer at heart, Lavender has helped organize local initiatives ranging from park cleanups to community events, alongside spending years cultivating a deep knowledge of farming, gardening, and planting.

When she isn't keeping our office running smoothly, she can be found spending quality time with family, expressing creativity through painting and pottery, or relaxing with a good movie alongside her long-term partner, Emmett.
