If you had a referral made or imaging order placed, you will get a portal message within the next week from someone on our admin team with the contact information for your referral.
Generally, we recommend planning to contact the clinic you were referred to in about a week and contacting that clinic weekly until you are scheduled.
Before messaging us to let us know the clinic didn't receive your referral, we recommend asking them what date they are processing referrals from to see if they are just behind.
