This is an app to help Lavender Spectrum Health patients identify appropriate mental health referrals and registered dietician referrals.
Click the purple button below to open the app in your desktop web browser for either mental health services or registered dietician services.
To start, click the filter button on the top right hand side of the screen which looks like three lines making an inverted triangle shape.
From there you can search by services. Type what services you are seeking for in the box: counseling, medication, IOP, SUD, ADHD eval, autism eval, crisis, domestic violence, residential, Spravato, or TMS and click "done".
If you want to filter by location, select location and type in Portland or Vancouver.
If you have medicaid, select "Yes OR" or "Yes WA" depending on what kind of Medicaid you have under the Medicaid filter.
If you have medicare insurance, select "yes" under the medicare filter.
If you have commercial insurance, you should not check any boxes under the medicare or medicaid option. You will need to review the clinic websites to determine if they are in network with your insurance specifically.
You can also filter by neurodivergence affirming or LGBTQ+ affirming.
You can click on an entry to find more information, website, or call the facility directly from the app.
